Cargo Plane Crashes

at a randomized site on the map becomes the focal point of the event. Smoke signals and optional map markers guide you to the wreckage. The area is defended by hostile NPCs that patrol and chase intruders within range.

You’ll find between one and two lootable crates or airdrops near the crash. NPCs spawn around the site and remain active until defeated or their lifetime expires. Fireball effects and signal smoke enhance visibility.

Crates use SimpleLootTable if configured and despawn a few minutes after being looted. Airdrops follow similar logic. If you’re the first to deal damage to an NPC, you’ll gain looting rights for that crate if PvE mode is active.

Tips & Tricks:

• The plane crash site will appear with smoke and fireballs — watch the sky and listen for engine noise beforehand.
• NPCs will chase you once inside the event radius — use cover and avoid standing still.
